What changes between plans
Free, Starter and Growth include the same core due diligence workflow. The practical difference is the number of counterparties under active monitoring: up to 3 on Free, up to 25 on Starter and up to 100 on Growth.
Responding to a due diligence request will not require the counterparty to buy a plan.
